With over 15 years of experience across Deloitte, EY, and now Pierag Consulting, Manik Bansal has built his career at the intersection of technical accounting, advisory excellence, and leadership.
At Pierag, he leads the Accounting Advisory Practice, managing a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects in revenue recognition, lease accounting, share-based payments, and business combinations under both US GAAP and IFRS. His work enables clients to navigate change with confidence—whether implementing new accounting standards or addressing complex transaction scenarios.
Earlier, during his tenure at EY, Manik played a pivotal role in establishing a subject matter expert team for non-recurring transaction accounting and collaborated closely with the National Professional Practice Group in New York on critical accounting topics including revenue, leases, and credit impairment. At Deloitte, he contributed to the Global Centre of Excellence on IFRS Reporting, gaining exposure to audits of foreign private issuers and PCAOB inspections.
