This international assignment provided him the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, broadening his strategic outlook.
At Pierag Consulting, Sanchit has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s operational backbone — from architecting business models and firm-wide policies to driving mobility and capacity planning, learning and development initiatives, performance evaluation frameworks, and business performance reviews. His focus on technology adoption and process automation continues to elevate the firm’s efficiency and quality of delivery.
Sanchit’s personality reflects a balance between structure and curiosity. A passionate learner, he enjoys reading about economics, finance, self-development, and leadership, and regularly engages in journaling to channel his reflections into purposeful action.
