With over 23 years of post-qualification experience, Sarika Gosain is a seasoned professional and a recognized leader in ESG and Sustainability, combining strong technical expertise with a purpose-driven approach.
A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Sarika also holds a Diploma in IFRS (ACCA, UK) and a Diploma in BRSR (ICAI). A Science graduate by education, she is also a GHG Accounting Lead Verifier – ISO 14064.
At Pierag Consulting, Sarika leads the firm’s ESG and Sustainability practice, helping organizations embed sustainability principles into their strategy, governance, and reporting frameworks. Her approach combines environmental accountability, social inclusion, and governance excellence — enabling clients to drive meaningful impact and long-term value creation.
Before joining Pierag, she was deeply involved in assurance, technical research, advisory, and learning & development initiatives.
Sarika is deeply passionate about environmental conservation, corporate transparency, and knowledge sharing. She enjoys mentoring professionals, conducting workshops, and contributing to professional literature that bridges the gap between policy and practice.
Outside of work, she finds joy in reading, travelling, and engaging in social initiatives that promote inclusivity and awareness around sustainability issues.
